Makan siang, pada dasarnya kamu boleh makan seperti biasa, ndhuk. Tapi sebaiknya nasinya sedikit aja. Tiga atau lima sendok (sendok makan, BUKAN SENDOK NASI) aja. Banyakin sayur sama lauknya aja kalo tiga sendok nasi bikin kamu menderita lahir batin.

    lho, lho… si “ndhuk” itu ternyata makan nasi toh? selama ini tak kira dia makane menyan sama kembang, mbok :p

    kalo menu sarapan simbok sudah pernah diposting, kalo menu cemilan favoritnya simbok apa mbok? brondong? wekekekekkk :D
